Lowell Shaw Nathan Stark, Derek Wright, Glen Hannibal, Rachel Seay, horns School of Music John Ericson is Associate Professor of horn at Arizona State University and serves on the Advisory Council of the International Horn Society. Author of four new books and over 25 articles, he has presented sessions at four international horn symposiums and numerous regional events. Besides performing as Principal Horn in the Brevard Music Center Orchestra, he was a member of the Nashville Symphony, has performed with the Indianapolis Symphony, the Phoenix Symphony, and the Rochester Philharmonic, and has released two solo CDs on the Summit label. A native of Emporia, Kansas, Ericson holds degrees from Indiana University, the Eastman School of Music, and Emporia State University. Pianist Yi-Wan Liao has performed as a soloist and collaborative artist on three continents. A graduate of the Vienna Music University of the Arts, she toured Austria, Italy, and the Czech Republic with the Pro-Arte Trio. A native of Taiwan, Liao served on the faculty of National Taichung University and has been showcased as a piano soloist at the Chiang Kai Shek Cultural Center and at the National Concert Hall in Taipei. She remains active as a chamber musician, soloist, and teacher. School of Music
