Jennifer Regan is a 1995 graduate of the Eastman School of
Music, where she studied with Bonita Boyd and received her
Bachelor of Music Degree and Performer's Certificate in
flute. She had previously attended Yale University for one
year, studying with Samuel Baron. Regan's Master of Music
Degree is from Northern Arizona University, where she
was teaching assistant to Philip Swanson and then became
the Interim Instructor of Flute from 1997 to l,998.

Regan has performed twice at the National Flute
Association Conventions: once as a winner of the Solo
Performance Master Class Competition with Donald Peck
at the 1994 Convention in Kansas City, and again in
Phoenix as a participant in a recital dedicated to the
composer Robert Muczynski at the 1998 Convention.
She has been Assistant Principal Flutist in the Flagstaff
Arizona Festival of the Arts Orchestra, the Knoxville

Her teaching experience includes positions at Maryville
College, Northern Arizona University, Blue ktke Fine Arts

Camp, and Northern Arizona University Summer Music
Camp. Jennifer returned to Flagstaff in the fall of 1999,
beginning her second year as the Flute Instructor at NAU
and member of the Kokopelli Wind Quintet, and her fourth
season as Principal Flutist of the Flagstaff Symphony
Orchestra.
