She won the Second Prize in Russia Chamber competition hold by Gnessin Institute in 2009. 2010 in Guangzhou, she gained the Best Performance in Neilson Chen Collaborative Piano Recital Golden Bell Award.Now she is the first year graduate student in Violin Performance in ASU School of Music. Ruth Wenger I Cello Ruth Wenger, a Phoenix native, is currently acting principal cellist in the West Valley Symphony, a member of the Herberger String Quartet, and also maintains a private teaching studio in the greater Phoenix valley. She is the cofounder of CollabX, a Phoenix valley-based organization created to serve the local community through fostering meaningful and innovative collaborations within artistic and creative populations.
