Winner of the St. Albans International Organ Playing Competition in 1985, she has been a recitalist, workshop leader and adjudicator at 7 National Conventions of the American Guild of Organists. She was honored to be chosen as featured soloist for the final concert of the AGO National Convention in Kansas City last July. Her expertise in rnedieval music is reflected in scholarly contributions to the Groye Dictionary of Music and the Oxford Dictionary of the Middle Ages. To increase awareness of this repertoire, she published anthologies of late-medieval and Renaissance organ music in 2000 and 2004. During the summer of 2015, Kimberly Marshall was on the jury for the Schnitger International Competition, where she performed on the earliest surviving instrument in the Netherlands, built in l5l 1. In20l6, she played concerts in Philadelphia, Bolivia, Amsterdam and Vienna; in20l7 she opened the AGO regional convention in Salt Lake City, performing also in England and Austria and presenting an inaugural recital for the new Fritts organ at the University of Note-Dame.
