Jefferson St. Suite 410 Phoenix, Arizona 85003 Maricopa.gov/AQTRP TRAVEL REDUCTION PROGRAM FY2023 AT A GLANCE The Travel Reduction Program (TRP) Telework Plan was recognized by the Association of Commuter Transportation (ACT) as a 2023 Planning in Excellence Award recipient at the August 2022 ACT International Conference. As of January 1, 2023, TRP no longer offers employers the paper version of the Annual TRP Survey. By utilizing an electronic version of the survey, employers are reducing paper waste and improving program efficiency. The Maricopa County TRP Regional Task Force (Task Force) ensures all requirements of employer transportation plans are reasonable and effective in meeting goals, while being fairly applied to all employers. Members of the Task Force sign a TRP Regional Task Force Commitment Form pledging to act as a responsible steward of the TRP's purpose and mission. PEOPLE REACHED 8,439 individuals were reached by TRP staff participation in outreach events and presentations. NEW EMPLOYERS FY23 FY22 18 22 1,310 Employers received TRP program development assistance including regulatory and compliance education and general program development assistance. 8,439 100.00% CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING EMPLOYERS RECEIVED DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE 18 new employers with 50 or more employees at one work site were added to the program. TRAINING AND EDUCATION SESSIONS CONDUCTED 245 EMPLOYERS CONTACTED FOR PROGRAM COMPLIANCE 245 employers were contacted to determine compliance with Arizona Statutes and the Maricopa County Ordinance.
