Hill, who was the' first selection of the Buffalo Bills. The Bills were led this year by die American Conference’s Rookie of the Year, quarterback Dennis Shaw. IBU, fourth player picked, was the first non-quarterback. Mike Fanned went in file eighth round of the draft, selected by the Washington Redskins. Punting specialist Jim McCann was file ninth roond choke of the San Francisco 49ers. McCann, finished file season with the second best puting average in the nation. „ Senior fullback Bob Thomas: was file 14th round choice of the C incinnati Bengals. They handle cash and issue,tickets. Accuracy and courtesy count most here. LIFEG UARDS — They m ust be a t least 21, strong swim m ers and have Senior Lifesaving C ertificates. A ll prospective guards w ill be scheduled fo r a phsycial endurance test a t Big Surf. FOOD SERVICE — These people prepare and serve a va rie ty of foods. A few w ill be trained to handle the cash registers, too. We also need a couple of experienced bartenders, 21 or over. BEACH RENTALS — W orking Jodoors but dose to the beach, th is group handles our surfboards, ra fts , um brellas, etc. They do a lo t of m oving and liftin g and m ust be quick on th e ir feet. . w— ;,I m I . M AINTENANCE — No specific requirem ents here except w illingness to w ork hard a t keeping Big Surf litte r-fre e and sparkling clean. , SECURITY — They q u ie tly keep the peace a t Big Surf.
