Coeds Coeds will take over Thurs­ day, May 7, during ASU’s sev­ enth annual Woman’s Day. Highlights of the day’s activ­ ities will be an assembly at 10:30 a.m. in the MU ballroom and a banquet there at 5 p.m., during which new members of women’s honoraries will be tapped and various awards giv­ en out. Tickets for the banquet went on sale Monday and will be sold until Friday for $1.80 each or 75c with a meal ticket. Only 550 tickets are available, and they will be distributed to the halls and other organizations by AWS representatives on a per­ centage basis. Off-campus women may ob­ tain their tickets in Dean Nic­ hols’ office or at the desk in the lobby of Palo Verde Hall. After May 1 any available tic­ kets may be purchased through Dean Nichols’ office. The Sun Devil track and field team journeys to Tucson, while the ASU baseball, golf and tennis teams host the Wildcats in Tempe. Arizona has been boasting all season of one of the finest track teams in thè history of the school, and head Wildcat coach Carl Cooper stated that the Cats definitely had the top squad in the Conference.
