Assistant Rules for publication in the Administrative Code, which became effective
October 2012.
•Received 10,107 views to the MD and PA Board Meeting Streaming Media
Archive, of live board meetings and prior meetings.

•Resolved 75% of all final disciplinary actions through consent agreements in
partnership with the Attorney General's Office.
•Collaborated with the State of Arizona Treasurer's Office and Bank of America to
implement on-line remote banking, eliminating daily travel to the bank.
•Implemented various solutions to increase our overall information security posture;
including Data Classification, additional security for our mission critical Web
application, and a new engaging computer-based Security Awareness Training
program.
•Received the designation of Certified Medical Board Investigator from the
Administrators in Medicine and the Federation of State Medical Board for two
additional board investigators.

•Enhanced the physical security of the Board offices and meeting space by installing
secure key-card employee entrances, structurally enforcing the main reception area,
and beginning the process of enhancing physical security in the Board room and
adjoining spaces.
