Introductory Section

This section contains the independent auditor’s report, management’s
discussion and analysis, and basic financial statements. Also included is
financial statements for individual funds and component units for which
data are not provided separately in the basic financial statements, and
other useful supplementary information.

Financial Section

This section provides a broad range of trend data covering key financial
indicators including general governmental revenues and expenditures,
property taxes, debt burden, demographics and miscellaneous data useful
in assessing the City’s financial condition.
